Republican Groundhogs

Libertarian presidential candidate Michael Badnarik is dead-on in his assessment of the Republican "plans" to eliminate the IRS--it's an election-year stunt, to be forgotten as soon as the votes are counted. The Republicans have cried wolf too many times. We won't get fooled again.
