Here is a newly-posted photo I took of the Confederate Memorial Stained Glass Window at the Univ. of Alabama. It is a beautiful piece of artwork, and was given to the University by the United Daughters of the Confederacy in the 1920's. UA has moved it around a lot, and it is now in a rather obscure building near the Quad. Hurry to see it before some nitwit starts a protest to have it covered up.

I Want My Flying Car!

Bob Wallace says, "I Want My Flying Car!" Me too! The damage to civilisation done by states over the centuries is mind-boggling. Even now the US government condemns millions to misery and death from malaria because it continues to promote the ban on DDT. Sickening.
